In collaboration with 4 renowned Jackson Hole artists, Chef Oscar Ortega has created a special limited edition Art Chocolate Bar.
Each chocolate bar is made with the finest single origin chocolate coverture, 60%, 70% and 80% cacao with subtle notes of natural flavor accents ranging from: floral, fruity, herbal, nutty and spicy.
Each chocolate bar has been uniquely designed inspired by an original painting from each of the artists that depicts the wildlife of JH, and is also featured on the art box and insert as a postcard.
For the Owl bar is with a high percentage of cacao 70% dark chocolate, leaves a strong chocolate aftertaste flavor wit a hint of spice and woody, minerals and dark fruit notes that reverberates for a long time afterwards.
