Mexican style chocolate mix. Award winning and authentic Mexican style chocolate mix powder, with a perfect balance of traditional sweet spices: cardamom, coriander, clove, nutmeg, anis, pure vanilla bean and cinnamon, also contains pure
cocoa liquor, sugar and cocoa powder. It contains a minimum of 72% of cacao
solids.
This hot chocolate mix can be enjoyed as a hot beverage or used in a variety of baking and cooking recipes.
How to prepare: As
a guideline, half cup, 100g or 3.5oz of cacao mix and 1/2 cup, 118.2 ml or 4
liquid oz of hot milk or water is the right amount for a well-balanced cup of
drinkable chocolate.
Add the powder mix to your cup first, and add the hot liquid on top. stir in order to eliminate any lumps.
